Billy, an aspiring photographer, asks the new Bavarian exchange student if she’d be interested in and topless modeling followed by an American massage. Hanna, although shy, is a people pleaser. So she agrees and after the shoot rolls onto her stomach as Billy approaches with a bottle of oil.
